Does anyone know a good supplier for thin SOI wafers in 100mm

format.<br>

Typically I'm looking for 340nm SOI in 100mm format.<br><br>

SOITEC is not offering this kind of product.<br>

I'm not satisfied with the quality from SIMGUI.<br><br>

Any help would be appreciated.<br><br>
