Dear John, <br>
what about more critical equipment like an E-beam lithography tool?
Can wireless signal be a problem in terms of electromagnetic noise?

that if you don't provide wireless, you'll have a collection of
self-installed wireless access points … which will probably
cause you more headaches than an "official" installation. </div>

<div>Clean rooms often provide a challenge in terms of getting
good wireless coverage given all of the steel that tends to
block good coverage. Note, we also have a collection of wireless

<div>To my knowledge, we've never seen problems with wireless
signals interfering with equipment. Things like RF supplies and
"bang-bang" heater circuits seem to offer greater potential for
interference … often by inducing noise on AC lines. </div>

<div>I would suggest that you add wireless to the list of
utilities in you clean room. <br>
