Maintenance bills piling up and no revenue to offset it? We ended up with a few under-utilize excellent tools that are available to users from other institutions in the event that they don’t exist at their home labs. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Here is our list:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>6 inch 4-Tube CVD Furnace <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Jeol JBX-5500 E-beam Writer<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Zeiss 1540XB Focused Ion Beam<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Oxford EDAX<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Oxford EBSD<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Zeiss STEM<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>All of these systems are used by our normal user base but not nearly enough. If you have systems that are highly available please post so that we may send users to your site.
