We’ve been having some problems with our Al wire supply. The vendor we used to purchase from, SPM became Coining and Coining became Ametek and started manufacturing abroad. That by itself is not a problem but apparently the wire’s coiling direction is different
now it’s against the spooling direction on our westbond bonders.<o:p class=""></o:p></div>
