<p class="MsoNormal">I looked up your system on the web and it looks nearly identical to 2 Nexx system we had here at Harvard. Same components, chamber, loadlock, even the enclosure panels are the same. Everything except the monitor, ours was not a touch screen.
I wonder if they run the same software? Ours was windows 98 too. We have a backup hard drive with the software we can give to you to try. Do you have a picture of the main screen when it was operational? This is a long shot so if no one else responds you may
want to give it a try as a last resort.<o:p></o:p></p>
