<p class="MsoNormal">The Nano Research Facility Engineer will be an integral part for operation and maintenance of specialized nanotechnology research facilities. Set objectives and work independently on large, moderately complex projects or assignments involving
operation of a Nanotechnology facility. This involves building automation systems that operates complex air handling units connected to HEPA and ULPA filtration for semiconductor ISO 3 class cleanrooms. Working with precision heating and cooling systems
that serves the centers multiple Nano-research laboratories and research equipment. A strong understanding of industrial power distribution and power quality criteria. Knowledge of electromagnetic interference monitoring and seismic vibration monitoring
techniques are important to maintain Nanotechnology facility design. Experience in semiconductor fabrication involving chemical/environmental treatment systems or similar facilities is a significant advantage.<o:p></o:p></p>
