<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Regarding lift-off process using PMMA, we perform it regularly. At high deposition rates, like 10A/sec, we experienced some blistering, but once it was reduced to 5A/sec, the problem was solved.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
