ALD tools, atmospheric and low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) furnaces, and rapid thermal annealing (RTA) tools. Expertise should extend to support equipment including vacuum systems, chillers, gas delivery equipment, and abatement systems associated

experience in semiconductor process facilities; experience with maintenance, operation, and theory of operation of semiconductor diffusion furnaces and atomic-layer deposition equipment and processes; broad knowledge of general laboratory and cleanroom protocols
and operation; excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently in a lab environment and regularly interface with colleagues/users in a collaborative manner; interest in training the user community; ability to
function effectively in a highly research-oriented yet disciplined environment that requires frequent interaction with faculty, students, and research staff. </span><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#515151">PREFERRED</span></i><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#515151;background:white">:
PE and HAZWOPER certifications; knowledge of chemical hazards and reactivity; working knowledge of established and emerging research processes and ability to assist researchers with experimental design; experience training in one-on-one interactions or large
groups and ability to convey complex ideas to personnel with diverse backgrounds and education experience; experience using computational software (e.g., Mathematica, MATLAB, Maple) and computer-aided design and modeling software (e.g., T-CAD, AutoCAD); and
