<p class="x_MsoNormal">Here at Carleton we operate 2 older Bruce Furnaces (Atm and LPCVD) and we are looking for a tube (and other quartz parts ) supplier.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">If anyone has any recommendations and would like to email me (directly if you want) that would be great.
</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">I would be curious to know if there are any suppliers that can also chemically pre-clean furnace tubes for CMOS processing.</p>
