<p class="MsoNormal">ASU’s NanoFab is re-auctioning off a GCA-8500 Stepper with no reserve price. The tool was purchased as a refurbished unit from 3c Technical in February of 2015. The GCA-8500 is currently operational and being sold as-is where-is at ASU’s
NanoFab class 100 cleanroom. It is recommended that the tool be decommissioned by a qualified personnel and transported via an air ride vehicle. Transport will also require the proper tool crating.<o:p></o:p></p>
