Hi,

I have not experienced any issues with my low dewpoint CDA system.

And while we’re at this… Any comments on
oil in CDA? My understanding is that many actuators need some
oil to keep seals actually sealing. I had to get a few drops
into system inlet of our big machine to keep it happy. Flip
side of it is, apparently, that some oil may get into the air.

seals apparently should be able to work dry; and viton may
work better than buna-N…

Our entire system is copper. There are
standards depending on your needs. You should be using type L
copper for Med Gas. Silver soldered joints are a preferred
method for Med Gas. The compressor, dehumidifier and filters
play as large a role as the materials.
