We are currently planning on commercialization of CIGS/PVSK tandem solar cells. <br>
We are designing industrial production line around 15 MW scale. <br>
<br>
However, we are experiencing trouble finding a manufacturer for the thermal evaporator that can deposit the thick CIGS layer. <br>
The CIGS layer needs 4 elements co-deposited with a good stoichiometry for several microns. <br>
and we could find no manufacturer to make such equipment. <br>
<br>
If anyone can share any recommendation for pilot/industrial evaporator for CIGS, it would be much appreciated.<br>
