A loooong time ago we retrofitted a lab for a laser microfabrication system with a homemade cleanroom. We used Unistrut and modular HEPPA filter/blower units to produce a horizontal laminar flow configuration. It worked well for the purpose it was designed

questions in the past but it seems more serious now so I am drilling down again…..</span></p>
