    <p>    We are having issues with a MRL Furnace. It uses GMI host

      software and for some reason we can't get the tube into idle mode

      in the Cell manager program.</p>

    <p>We tried everything in the GMI Utility Setup to no avail. Perhaps

      some one can help us. I have enclosed a couple screen shots for

      some insight.</p>
