<a href="https://plasma.oxinst.com/products/pecvd/plasmapro-100-pecvd">OIPT PlasmaPro 100 PECVD</a> (process chamber same as PlasmaPro 80 but with loadlock).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">Been a tremendous success (course I’m a little biased(!)). Tool uptime at 98% and we have done almost 500 user jobs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
