We have an old Heidelberg mask writer at Nanofab Facility at University of Miami that encountered some issues. We reached out to Heidelberg US, and after some troubleshooting, it was determined that we needed to replace the entire PC. They managed to resolve
the issue, and although it took a long time, the machine is now fully functional.</div>
