senior lithography engineer . Reporting to the director of the Nanofabrication Facility, this position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(68, 69, 69);">1) Oversee and lead all the activities (maintenance, training, and process development) in the photolithography area, and especially in the advanced
Photolithography. Supervise the photo engineer/technician on this technical area.</span></p>

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(68, 69, 69);">2) Lead the process development and technology innovation of advanced lithography (3D lithography, direct laser writing). Support and supervise the
REU/REV student/interns. </span></p>

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(68, 69, 69);">3) Participate research projects of Harvard PI groups, provide the process development assistance, technical solutions, and support broad and challenge
research application. </span></p>

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(68, 69, 69);">4) In charge of all the nanofabrication backend and packaging processes.</span></p>

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(68, 69, 69);">5) Establish and supervise the process design facility, including modeling software, Nanofab process simulation and integration.</span></p>

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(68, 69, 69);">6) As a member of Emergency Response Team (ERT), train users on best safety practices, and help to monitor laboratory safety compliance.</span></p>

objectives and enhance service quality is highly expected.</span></p>
