<p class="MsoNormal">Hello colleagues and fellow researchers.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Here at Carleton University we have a Semiprobe probe station with an ATT (Advanced Temperature test systems) M300 cold chuck (-40C to 100C) that uses the now obsolete 3M NOVEC HFE 7200 cooling fluid.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The manufacturer has only listed one alternative fluid – JD7076 which we cannot find in North America.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The one possible alternative we have found online,  is a product called ETI 7200 from Envirotech International (out of Chicago) but this has not yet been approved but the manufacturer.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Just wondering if anyone in the labnetwork community has ran into this or has one of these systems.<u></u><u></u></p>
