    <p>Here are a few updates about UGIM 2026 which is coming up soon

      (in July):</p>

    <ul>

      <li><b>Early Bird Sponsorship ends tomorrow.</b> Sponsorship fees

        increase 20% on April 1. (Check out our <a moz-do-not-send="true" href="https://ugim2026.stanford.edu/our-sponsors">current

          sponsor list</a> as of March 27-- room for plenty more!) <br>

      <li><b>Lodging.</b>  A limited number of rooms have been reserved

        at the <a href="https://rde.stanford.edu/stanford-guest-house" class="ext" data-extlink="">Stanford Guest House</a> for

        check-in on July 18/check out July 22. These rooms are furnished

        with a single, Queen bed and are available to registered

        academic attendees. Please be aware that the Guest House is

        located nearby on the SLAC campus, so guests must bring

        government-issued ID and may be subject to additional screening.

        Registered attendees can contact <a href="mailto:UGIM2026-info@stanford.edu" class="mailto moz-txt-link-freetext" data-extlink="" moz-do-not-send="true">UGIM2026-info@stanford.edu</a> for

        portal login information. (We also expect to be able to offer

        dorm rooms for academic attendees, once the university portal is

        open.)</li>

    </ul>

    <p>And please remember -- it's not to early to start participating!

      Submit an abstract for a presentation and/or a lightning talk,

      participate in a working group, or just reach out if there's

      anything you'd like to support.</p>
