Osiris got bought out by a larger company and drama ensued. Not sure if Osiris still functions as a company, but most of the team reincorporated under On-Nano. Not certain, but if you contacted them they might be willing to help. </div>

Here at the University of New Mexico we have 2 Osiris table top HMDS ovens.</div>

They have both failed for different reasons. My attempts to gather information from the manufacturer has been met with little information and </div>

then no replies at all. I have schematics, which help. Does anyone else use these ovens? Have you had issues with them?</div>
