I asked a similar question about a year ago when we could not get replacement clamps at any reasonable timeframe from plasma therm.<span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"> Additionally, PT was not very helpful in helping us determine the root cause of
breakage (partly related to a design change between 770 and Takachi). </span></div>

In any event, Thomas at Nanovac got me a replacement clamp for my Takachi in 10 days snd at less than 50% the cost of PT, including customs. He’s been helpful with our 770 too. He apparently was involved or in charge of the Apex before it became Takachi. I
highly recommend. I had been waiting months for PT and they stopped even responding to my inquiries.</div>
