<p class="MsoNormal">The issue is with the LED Lamphouse Communication. We have verified the Driver Boards and LED Lamphouse & Fans are operational and suspect the issue may be an issue with the USB to RS-485 converter. We are waiting for a new converter to
be delivered but would like to check for other possible solutions in the meantime.<o:p></o:p></p>
