Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experience with, or can recommend, a
<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">third-party service provider that works on
<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">KLA Tencor P-17 profilometers.

Our system requires replacement of the <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">sensor arm assembly, but the quote we received from KLA includes travel and service costs that are significantly higher than what we typically see
for comparable field service visits. Before moving forward, we're exploring whether there are any qualified independent service providers who have experience working on this platform.

If you've used a third-party company for P-17 repairs or know of someone who services KLA metrology tools, I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations or contacts.

Thanks in advance!

Best,
Jacob
