Unfortunately we also worked with CAE. Our tool has been one week away from shipping for four months now.</div>

I have heard exactly the same thing and more about CAE. I’ve also heard selling to them has been a real trial for some.</div>

On a brighter note, we have bought from and sold to Class one in the past and they were excellent even sending technicians to us to pack up the equipment. </div>

We purchased a used benchtop tool in as-is condition with CAE Online and it has been a truly horrible experience. Despite paying in full a
<i>year </i>ago, we have still not received our equipment, nor even a ship date, and their staff and management are extremely unhelpful or willing to refund our money. We have never encountered such customer-hostile policies before. Please don't fall for their
boasting about being the world's leading supplier of used fab equipment!</div>
