We purchased a used benchtop tool in as-is condition with CAE Online and it has been a truly horrible experience. Despite paying in full a
<i style="font-family:Aptos,Aptos_EmbeddedFont,Aptos_MSFontService,Calibri,Helvetica,sans-serif">year </i>ago, we have still not received our equipment, nor even a ship date, and their staff and management are extremely unhelpful or willing to refund our money. We have never encountered such customer-hostile policies before. Please don't fall for their
boasting about being the world's leading supplier of used fab equipment!</div>
