<i>year </i>ago, we have still not received our equipment, nor even a ship date, and their staff and management are extremely unhelpful or willing to refund our money. We have never encountered such customer-hostile policies before. Please don't fall for their
boasting about being the world's leading supplier of used fab equipment!</span><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
