[labnetwork] Policies for Incoming Foreign Professors Outside of your Academic Insitution

Hello!  I am looking for information about policies held by cleanrooms for incoming professors that want to perform work like an external customer, but are from a foreign country.  This is also in regards when your facility is performing ITAR related or sensitive research in your facility.
