[labnetwork] Negative cleanroom

Dear Colleagues,

As much as I would like for my cleanroom to always be at higher pressure 
relative to the rest of the building, I have to be realistic.  I am 
writing to solicit feedback on what is considered acceptable in terms of 
negative pressure and duration in non-catastrophic situations (loss of 
normal power, single fan failure, freeze stat trip, etc).
