[labnetwork] SU8 resist asher

Dear Labnetwork members

We are looking for an asher for our cleanroom with capabilities to ash up to
200microns of SU8. From the open web source I do have some information on
various ashers in the market. 

Nevertheless, I would like some suggestions on vendors from experienced
users.
