[labnetwork] Ammonium Sulfide

Dear labNetwork,

Did any of you have the privilege of working with Ammonium Sulfide. I kind
of need this chemical for a cleaning of GaN surface. Oh yeah ... also I
would like to boil it.

Any experience is welcomed !
