[labnetwork] Verteq 1600 series SRD

Nava,

I've attached the manual we have, although our engineer calls it "not
particularly helpful". He has been working with Marteq (
http://www.marteqpro.com/) for recent troubleshooting on our systems,
specifically Chuck Edwards (cedwards at marteqpro.com). Hope this helps.
