Hope that all is running well for you.
We have these capabilities but I do not know how easy it is to ship the stuff forth and back across the big pond.
If this is an option for you we can provide you with our detailed capabilities; we drilling holes in Si, SiO2 and Pyrex on a regular bases.

We have recently gotten a couple of requests from users at MIT.nano for laser micromachining -- ablating holes through pyrex, Si, or AlN substrates.
We currently don't have suitable capabilities. If you offer remote/staff-run services, or if you know of a company that offers capabilities, we'd love to know and refer our researchers that way.
