Hi Jorg,
You might talk to these folks https://www.ipgphotonics.com/en I believe they can do micro-machining at a number of wavelengths.

Hi Labnetwork:

We have recently gotten a couple of requests from users at MIT.nano for laser micromachining -- ablating holes through pyrex, Si, or AlN substrates.

We currently don’t have suitable capabilities. If you offer remote/staff-run services, or if you know of a company that offers capabilities, we’d love to know and refer our researchers that way.

Thanks!
