[labnetwork] InSb deposition service

We have the capability to grow InSb on InSb and other III-V substrates by MBE.  Not sure what you have in mind?  Since the MBE lab is not a ASU user facility any work would have to be performed under a grant or a sponsored research contract.

I added a bcc to someone who may be able to do it.  I'll let him respond if he thinks he can help.
