The Integrated Nanomaterials Laboratory is a shared facility in the California NanoSystems Institute at UCLA that provides MBE services to both academia and industry. I have cc’ed the facility director, Dr. Baolai Liang, here as a resource for growth of InSb. Please feel free to contact him.

We have the capability to grow InSb on InSb and other III-V substrates by MBE.  Not sure what you have in mind?  Since the MBE lab is not a ASU user facility any work would have to be performed under a grant or a sponsored research contract.
