[labnetwork] Open position - Materials Scientist/Process Engineer

NASA related R&D in nanotechnology. Most work performed in labs at NASA GSFC, UMD Nanofabrication Center and Army Research Laboratory. Looking for Materials Scientist/chemist experienced with lithography, physical and chemical vapor deposition processes and SEM. Familiarity with carbon nanotubes is a plus. Candidates must have Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree and experience in these areas preferred. Start date Jan 1, 2023 or thereabouts to take advantage of training with our current Materials Lead. Will consider part time work but must be available during core hours for training. Local applicants encouraged. Current project: patterning CNT apodizer mirrors for Exoplanet Resarch, developing CNT based chemical and optical sensors.
