[labnetwork] CTI cryogenics compressors and pumps repairs

We have had very good results with Texas Capital Semiconductor with respect
to Cryo refurbishment and repair.   tcsemi.com  - Not sure if they will
travel, as they sent us crates and we shipped it to them.
