Hello Philipp
A couple of years ago we were looking at something similar. Due to requirements changing we did not proceed but we dealt with Comco Inc from Burlington, USA. I was impressed with them both in communication and when I visited their facility.

Subject: [labnetwork] Powder blasting for micromachining

Dear labnetwork,

We're currently looking for a way to pattern glass with a high etch rate, and micro powder blasting looks like an excellent candidate.
Can you recommend a manufacturer of powder blasting machines suited for micro machining of glass (BSG)?
We work on rather small wafer sizes, down to single dices with lateral dimensions of a few mm.

Thank you so much in advance!

Philipp
