[labnetwork] STS mechanical clamp "fingers"

   We have a spare STS reactor we are looking to sell if you guys would be interested.  It has used but functional 4" alumina clamps.  Just drop us a line if you are interested.

Are they any STS labs out there that can suggest where to obtain replacement wafer clamp “fingers?”  Are there any labs that have made their own replacements?
