[labnetwork] semiconductor grade neon source and price?

Hi,

Does anyone have a good source for semiconductor grade neon? I was just
quoted $22k for a cylinder and that seems just a bit steep. Perhaps that's
the going rate, but it would be at least helpful for me to have someone
confirm this, if that's true.
