Hi John,
I hadn't considered this and, yes, I think this would work well.
Basically, we have a customer who wants to try to do some tests with a
brand new etch process using neon so to begin with we really just need a
small quantity to see if the process works. A low-cost entry for testing is
sufficient at this time.
