[labnetwork] Table top atmospheric furnace vendors/recommendations

Hi All,
We are looking to purchase a table top (small footprint) furnace for our
users with the following requirements:
wafer size: up to 4"
max temperature: 1200C
Vacuum: No - atmosphere
Gas types: O2, N2, Ar
ramp rate: 5 -up C/min

Please let me know if you have any leads for such a tool.
