[labnetwork] Anneal furnace vendors?

Dear wise Yodas of the cleanroom,

We are looking for vendors that can sell us an anneal furnace for single or
more 4" wafer processing (and pieces). The furnace needs to get to 1,200C
with temperature ramp rate of 5-20 deg/min. It should have the options of
rough vacuum and anneal atmospheres of Ar, N2, or O2.
