[labnetwork] barium titanate (BTO)

Hello labnetwork.
We have a researcher who is asking about the possibility of depositing Barium Titanate (BTO).
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with depositing this material either by PVD or Evaporation who can offer some advice on vacuum compatibility, safety, contamination concerns etc.
