[labnetwork] MRL Furnace GMI Host issues

[Cleanroom]

Hello Labnetwork,

     We are having issues with a MRL Furnace. It uses GMI host software 
and for some reason we can't get the tube into idle mode in the Cell 
manager program.

We tried everything in the GMI Utility Setup to no avail. Perhaps some 
one can help us. I have enclosed a couple screen shots for some insight.
