[labnetwork] Yield Engineering Systems (YES)

Hi Labnetwork
   I am looking for a good support contact at Yield Engineering Systems or
perhaps another company that supports the YES PB vacuum curing systems. I
tried the normal channel of contacting them through their website and I
also emailed one of the engineers that supports their plasma stripping
systems. Neither one has returned my emails. I don't have a manual for the
tool or any wiring schematics so troubleshooting my problem is going to be
a little more challenging. Any help would be appreciated.
