We are thrilled to invite you to a series of *five educational
webinars focused on lithography resists*.


By registering for these webinars, you will also secure your spot at our *3rd
Direct Write Lithography (DWL) workshop

early next year in Melbourne, Australia. We welcome participants from
around the globe! *If you cannot attend the workshop in person, we
encourage you to join us for one or all of the webinars*. The registration
fee for both the workshop and the five webinars is just A$49.90 (USD $34).


Our engaging webinars will feature leading experts from academia and
industry who specialise in chemical and resist technology for micro and
nano fabrication. They will cover essential fundamentals and engineering
considerations tailored for specific applications.

*Please note that these sessions will commence in just **15 days, with our
first webinar scheduled for October 23** (refer to the attached flyer for
time zone equivalences)*.

   Dr. Anja Voigt, Dr. Christine Schuster, and Dr. Arne Schleunitz (Micro
   Resist Technology)
   - “EBL Resists and Their Exposure Mechanisms; From PMMA to Hydrogels” by
   Dr. Leonidas E Ocola (IBM T.J. Watson Research Center)

growing community of Direct-Write Lithography enthusiasts and
professionals—including

researchers, scientists, and micro and nanofabrication experts—sponsored by
the Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF). We are dedicated to
fostering expertise across Australasia and beyond.
