[labnetwork] Beamfox issues with licensing?

Hello!!

Beamfox is a proximity correction program used in conjunction with our Elionix e-beam lithography system. We have a paid license but have not been able to use the software. Beamfox is “working on the issue” but this has taken well over three weeks and counting.

Anyone else seeing these problems?
