[labnetwork] Climet Instruments for particle counters

Hello Labnetwork!

Does anyone else use particle counters from Climet Instruments?  We have used them for several years to repair and calibrate our units and have been happy with them, but lately I have been unable to get a response from their service department about pending repairs.  If anyone has any recent experience with them or alternate contacts aside from their website details, please send me a note.
