[labnetwork] MJB3 backside upgrade vendor (& fab opening!!)

Two quick ones for ya'll:

  1.
Does anybody know a vendor/method to upgrade an old MJB3 for backside alignment?
  2.
We're celebrating the opening of our teeny little fab at the University of Nevada, Reno!

I really want to thank the community for the help - both those I've been in regular contact with and those who chimed in at UGIM this past summer. Still no guarantee we'll make it to the next UGIM with all the funding uncertainty in the world right now, but we've come a heck of a long way in no small part thanks to so many of you.

Also, if anybody's got some (functional!!!) tools you're looking to put out to pasture...I have a pretty long list of needs we weren't able to meet in our initial go.
